The fundraising effort will focus mostly on supporting several charity efforts in Ukraine.

WHAT IS Vets with Horsepower?

The perfect mix of charity and veterinary education

​A group of well-established equine vets and lecturers found they have common ground;
  • They believe the world can be made a better place for everyone, one step at a time. 
  • They all have a very well-regarded skill set as equine vets and lecturers.
  • They have 'a thing' for motorbikes.
These principles have blended into 'Vets with Horsepower, a UK registered charity. The group comes together to provide CPD lectures to other equine vets, raising funds for charity by doing so, and using their motorbikes to get them around - many miles to ride each day! The plan is frankly a little mad but has worked so well over the years....

HOW CAN YOU HELP?

Get together with us

​The charities we support can use all the help they can get! Any funds raised by the HP team go direct to these causes. And without your help the team would not get far... We always need much help and support, could you be part of the project? We need:
  • Any donation, big or small, changes a life somewhere on our little planet
  • Sponsorship - we can support your business in exchange for the financial support for our charities
  • Equine vets
    • Coming to an area near you? Attend our highly regarded CPD events and help us raise funds for the charities by doing so!
    • When considering new medications or equipment for your practice, support our sponsors. They are the good guys!
    • Consider fundraising in your practice, some colleagues have our flyers at their reception and others organise client evenings...
