In July 2025 the Vets with Horsepower stopped in Lodi, Perugia, Ortueri and Pisa in Italy to deliver high-quality equine CPD lectures for vets in Italy and worldwide via an on-line viewing link.
The aim was to raise funds for four fabulous charity projects in need;
  • Saving the Survivors (caring for African poaching victims and helping to stop further poaching)
  • the Gambia Horse and Donkey trust (veterinary care and education for those working equids and their owners that need it desperately)
  • the Mozambique vet school (educating the future generation of veterinarians)
  • Changing Lives Malawi (improve opportunities for children)
  • Shy Lowen horse and pony sanctuary (helping people and horses)

THE FUNDS HAVE NOW ALREADY BEEN DISTRIBUTED TO THESE CHARITIES, AND INCOME OF ANY FURTHER DONATIONS OR WEBINAR TICKETS WILL GO TO OUR CHARITIES THAT WE WILL SUPPORT IN 2026.

(Click on their names for more information about the projects we support)
The CPD hours are accredited by the CPD standards office.
